Q: What is the standard shipment method for Cardiolite® (Kit for the Preparation of Technetium Tc99m Sestamibi for Injection)?

A: Federal Express, 2nd day, economy service.

Q: What is the cut-off time for cancelling/changing an order?

A: 3:00 pm Eastern Time.

Q: Can you customize my shipment to come directly to my department?

A: Yes! Special shipping instructions may be requested on all orders.

Q: Do you provide Saturday coverage? If so, what is the number to call?

Q: How do I get a Drug Sample Card?

A: A Drug Sample Card can be requested through your Sales Representative.

A: Call your Customer Service Representative at 1-800-299-3431. You will receive a return authorization number that MUST accompany all returns. Please have the following information available when you call:

  • Reason for return
